These two competing insurance companies sought me out to build, under contract,

five plus year span, I developed all of the securities and insurance marketing
organizations for Bank of America in California, Arizona, and Nevada. These
collective units were comprised of over 300 employees, producing sales in-excess-of
$2billion dollars per year. In addition to selecting, recruiting, training,
and hiring both regional sales managers as well as sales personnel, I
developed and implemented the reporting, compliance, and marketing goals
and product introduction for these units.
Previous career experience: I have been continuously in management in the
Securities and insurance industry all of my adult life. I have a spotless
compliance history and have acted as an industry arbitrator
for over fifteen years and am qualified as an NASD Chairperson. In addition

While attending San Diego State, I worked part-time as a warehouseman for
Striker Shoes, an old and venerable name in San Diego, that, due to competition
from the Malls and warehouse stores, has ceased to be in business. While
working here, I did help redesign their record keeping system to make it
easier and more accurate.
Warehouseman, Video Providers 1991- 1993
This .was a fill-in position for a company, (no longer in business),
that supplied videos to Blockbuster Video. I managed the shipping area and
developed an inventory tracking system for them; simple but effective.
Equipment Leasing, Monarch Leasing
1993-1996
During my senior year in college, as well as for 18 months
thereafter, I marketed equipment leasing services to San Diego area business
for Monarch Capital, a fifteen year-old San Diego leasing company. I developed
prospects from my own efforts, gathered financial information necessary to
